This Clock Tower is the focal point of the Mall Center Court. It was built along with the renovation of the existing mall common area. Special concrete finishes, fountains, lighting, and amenities were all accomplished without shutdown of the mall or disruption to the mall shopping customer. An extensive amount of fountain work throughout the mall required constant field supervision in order to achieve the successful result of beauty, operational ease, and reliability.
