	ACCO - San Leandro Corporate Campus Office Building & Fabrication Facility (A Design-Build Project) San Leandro, California COMPLETED: 2004 This project, located in the Bay Area, includes a 50,000 sf new office building of masonry and wood sheet construction. It also includes complete interior corporate offices built out, parking lot renovation, and complete 100,000 of turnkey duct work and piping shop fabrication facility. 	Redhawk Town Center & Site Improvements Temecula, California COMPLETED: 2003 This mall, located near Temecula's wine country, involves an all new "grass roots" site development of 50 acres, including grading, paving, site utilities, and major existing telephone line relocation. Total of 120,000 sf of high end retail shop buildings. In addition, the historic areas and western town buildings currently existing on the site are being restored for preservation and future use.
